Eleven-year-old Burl takes his duty of alerting of passersby very seriously! I had to stop and say hello to Burl when he greeted me passing the Tipsy Mosquito in old downtown Two Harbors. His people, Tara and Mike Kasell came out to say hello, too, when this picture-taker persisted in telling Burl how precious he was!
