Gina Kleive and Michael Emerson. On Monday the school board approved promoting Gina Kleive to superintendent for Lake Superior School District #381 effective July 1st. Kleive had been the principal of Two Harbors High School and is assuming the superintendent position as Jay Belcastro steps down. Michael Emerson was promoted from assistant principal to principal at THHS. Candidates for filling the now vacant THHS assistant principal position are already placing applications, with six in and a decision expected to be made at the July school board meeting.
