Mariners and Agates Kick Off Track and Field Season at UWS Meet

Spring has sprung, and Track and Field season with it. According to Agate Distance coach Dan Hebl, the Agates had one good week of outdoor training before the cold and wintry mix dominated their schedule and routes. The first meet of the season took place on Saturday, March 26 at the University of Wisconsin-Superior indoor track arena, and was attended by both the Agates and the Mariners. According to Rick Frericks, head Mariner coach, Saturday’s meet “is just getting our legs under us, having fun, staying healthy, figuring out how it all works.”

With the reluctant editor tucked in a plane he didn’t know how to fly it gave him pause to think of a story: “The Creator is a light sleeper and humanity is the reason. That’s when the Old Man takes a vacation.” Hell Yes! God’s sidekick Apparently the good book says that man was made in God’s image.
