Agate Girls Basketball season wrap up
The Two Harbors Girls Basketball team wrapped up their season with a year-end banquet on Sunday, March 5th in the Two Harbors High School cafeteria. Players and their families along with the coaching staff enjoyed a potluck dinner, slide show, and program recognizing the seasons accomplishments.
Free Youth Volleyball Clinic next week: open to all
The Two Harbors High School Volleyball Program will start its FREE community Youth Volleyball Clinic on March 25, 2023. This program is open to any child K-6th grade in the area.
Agates Advance to Section Semi
Agates Advance to Section Semi's with Win Over Crosby-Ironton Saturday March 11th: Two Harbors 56 Crosby-Ironton 50 The Agates advanced to the Section 7AA semi-finals with a 56-50 win over the Rangers in the 2nd round. Two Harbors was led by 27 points & 12 rebounds by Trent Gomez, Ethan Bopp added 12 points & 7 rebounds and Trevor Kleive was huge off the bend with 8 points and 10 rebounds.
Girls 12 U hockey off to state tourney
The North Shore Storm girls U12 team took second in the North 12UB regions tournament last week at Two Harbors, with many locals in the stands getting caught up in the high excitement. The U12 team played four games, their second game a win against Grand Rapids, and a third game was a loss.

The Silver Bay Mariners girls’ basketball squad ran into a buzzsaw in their first round Section 7A game against the highly rated Ely Timberwolves March 2. The Wolves topped the Mariners 101-36 to end the Silver Bay season.

Last weekend the William Kelley School robotics team participated in the regional competition at the DECC in Duluth, along with 120 teams in a double-header including the Lake Superior and Northern Lights regions.
