Frances P. Magnuson, 97, of Two Harbors died Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Waterview Shores in Two Harbors.

Roman Wacker, 84, Two Harbors, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 25, 2022 at Lake View Memorial Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Roman was born March 26, 1938 to Mathew and Marie (Heimenz) Wacker in Morrison County, MN.

Richard Carlson, 79, of Two Harbors, died Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Lake View Memorial Hospital with his family at his side. Dick was born March 21, 1943 in Minneapolis to Robert Carlson and Hildur (Peterson).

Ina Ethel Banttari Backman died peacefully on April 19, 2022 at Barross Cottage 2 in Two Harbors, MN. She was 95. Ina was born November 7, 1926 in Bismarck, ND to Jacob and Hilma Banttari. When she was about 6 years old, she moved with her family to a farm near Hibbing, MN and after a few more years moved to another farm near the Hibbing airport. Each farm was only a little less poor than the previous one.

Alma Oman Carlson, 96, of Two Harbors, passed away on April 18, 2022. Alma was born in Brimson on October 18, 1925, as the sixth child of Axel and Adelina (Skogman) Oman.

Patricia (Pat) Jane Kearns Gilsvik, 85, died on March 30th, 2022 after a recent diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Pat was born on November 20, 1936 to Jane and Ralph Kearns in Minneapolis, MN.

Sheridan (Sherry) Peterson, 76, of Two Harbors died on March 19, 2022 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Duluth.

Nancy Drake Johnson (née Wentz) was born November 16, 1934 to Edward and Kathryn Wentz. She died peacefully, surrounded by family on October 20, 2021 at age 86.

Travis James Kelley was received into the arms of the Lord on March 24, 2022 at the age of 50. Travis was born in Two Harbors, MN, the son of Valerie & Jim Kelley.
