Two Harbors Police Chief Rick Hogenson has been planning and preparing for a safe and successful festival for months. In an interview with the Lake County Press and KTwH, he acknowledged that it has been a lot of work, but emphasized what a team effort it has been, with many players from federal, state, and local agencies.
