Pecan Streusel Pumpkin CakeMoist and flavorful, with a buttery pecan streusel for nutty flavor and texture throughout, it’s not quite coffee cake and not quite pumpkin bars.Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a 9x13 baking pan with nonstick spray.For the Streusel, combine in medium bowl & set aside:2 cups pecan pieces1 cup packed brown sugar (light or dark)1/2 cup flour1 tsp.
