Harbor Theater opens Family Movie night to the public
Matthew Unzeitig finds it fulfilling to restore buildings to service meaningful spaces in the community. With help from investors and workers who are also tenants of rental properties he has restored, Unzeitig replaced, gouged, painted, and refitted the old Harbor Theater in Two Harbors since he bought it in 2024.

This summer season launches Two Harbors as an outdoor Market destination with two markets happening at both ends of town. Offering steady familiar contributors for handmade items, art, baked goods and homegrown foods, outdoor Market enthusiasts can find good conversations and fine things to buy with locals at both Seagren’s parking lot with the Two Harbors Farmers Market and Burlington Station’s The Market on Saturdays during the warmer months.
