On July 28, more than 65 youth from across Minnesota gathered at the University of Minnesota’s St. Paul campus for the annual 4-H & FFA Crop Scouting Competition. This engaging, hands-on event brought together 13 teams to put their agricultural knowledge and field skills to the test in a friendly yet challenging environment.
A historic milestone was reached last week with the successful construction of a timber-frame shelter to house the Leif Erikson, a 42-foot Viking ship replica that famously sailed from Norway to the United States in 1927.

One of the first things the new board of the KRHCC pledged to the community back in 2018 was to provide space the community could use for various activities and for all age groups.

Movies are rolling at the historic Harbor Theater in Two Harbors. Matt Unzeitig, who purchased the old Harbor Theater and has been renovating it ever since, has a new projector to show off and cushy seats for the audience.
