Since the demolition of the old Two Harbors high school in 2008 many have wondered what would happen on the large undeveloped area on 4th Ave. at 4th St. other than local kids sledding at high school hill. Four new structures can be seen here including a home for sale through a pilot project of the Lake County HRA, a private home build underway, and in the background one completed and occupied private home and a second private property owner with a building under construction.
