Lake County Sex Trafficking Task Force Candlelight Vigil 2025. Musicians Kathleen Wilcox and Dale Rogers played during the vigil held at the Lake County Law Enforcement Center in Two Harbors Jan. 6. Held to remember those whose lives have been lost in human trafficking, LCSTT member Marlys Wisch said it is a call to action to protect those vulnerable. Comments were made by county commissioner Rich Sve and a representative of PAVSA.
