Housing funds still available for Minnesotans
According to the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency money that was designated to assist with house payments and other costs for people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic is still available. Called HomeHelpMN, the program can help people who are behind on their mortgage or are worried about foreclosure.
Locals take top two spots in BG 120
The Beargrease 120 saw northshore natives sweeping the top places with winner Joanna Oberg of Grand Marais, and Rita Wehseler of Tofte second. Even though Nick Turman did not officially finish the BG 120 he was the eldest musher in any of the Beargrease races.
