The State of Minnesota launched a new telehealth test-to-treat program today to ensure Minnesotans who have tested positive for COVID-19 have easy access to clinician care and therapeutic treatments that reduce their risk of serious illness or hospitalization.
Instead of doing separate community health needs assessment as usual, Lake County Public Health and Lake View Clinic decided to do one together. The assessment includes data about our region paired with insights from conversations with local people. It helps us prioritize what health topics to address in the next few years.
