To: Lake County Press Editor Having turned 50 last month, I can now say that I spent half of my life living in Two Harbors. When I moved out of Two Harbors 25 years ago, I loved the ability to stay “in the know” through the Lake County News Chronicle.

Conservation Officer Tales

Although the Lake County Press knows that the majority of sportsmen and women are lawabiding folks, there are a few that run afoul of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Conservation Officers. Periodically, the DNR provides a report of some of the miscreants the Conservation Officers (CO) have encountered. The Lake County Press shares these stories as a reminder to all to be safe and to follow the rules!

Masked Fan Speaks

Can we speculate on the WILD playoff chances yet? LARSMONT For the calendar week just ended the Minnesota WILD had a splendid go of it. The club put up a 3 win week with one OT loss and earned a much-needed 7 of 8 points to bolster their 2nd place position in the Central division.
